Guidelines For Students Attendance


Students represent their family and school and must display a high standard of behaviour inside and outside the school premises. The students must strictly follow the following guidelines.

  • The first bell at 8.00 a.m. announces the morning attendance. Students and class teachers must assemble for prayer in the auditorium. After assembly, students should move in a line to their classrooms quietly.
  • During afternoon dispersal, students must leave through designated gates. Bus users should sit in their buses immediately and avoid roaming in the parking area.
  • Running, pushing, playing or shouting in classrooms, corridors, ramps or staircases is strictly prohibited. Students must walk on the left side and speak softly.
  • Money transactions, selling or exchanging items among students is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must come in proper school uniform even on holidays, PTMs, practices or extra classes. Improper uniform or untidy appearance may lead to being sent home.
  • No sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates or drinks are allowed for birthday celebrations. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited in school and buses.
  • Mobile phones are strictly not allowed. Violation may lead to expulsion.
  • No collections or donations should be made without the Principal’s permission.
  • The school is not responsible for accidents or mishaps during activities, though full care is taken. Students must act responsibly.
  • Students should label and take care of their belongings. Lost and found items will be returned if properly identifiable.
  • Students must not damage school property, write on walls, break equipment or harm others’ belongings. Violations may result in a fine or expulsion.
  • Students must follow rules in classrooms, labs, library, activity rooms and sports areas.
  • Misconduct such as foul language, bullying or sharing inappropriate online content will be dealt with strictly.
  • Irregular attendance, idleness, disrespect, disobedience and breaking school rules may lead to expulsion.
